R. Marshall Jones
Marshall Jones is a nationally recognized estate planning insurance consultant, speaker and author. His 30+ years of experience counseling families of wealth have established him as a trusted advisor to his clients, their families, and their attorneys, accountants and other advisors.

Mr. Jones graduated with honors from Harvard College and received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron Law School. He is a non-practicing member of the Florida Bar and holds the professional designations of Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).).

Known for his ability to translate complex estate planning and financial issues into understandable terms, he has presented at numerous professional organizations, including national meetings of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the Society of Financial Services Professionals (SFPS), the New York University Summer Institute in Taxation and The Florida Tax Institute. He is the author of the book, Making Decisions about Life Insurance, has written numerous articles and is a frequent contributor to professional journals.

Marshall lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He and his late wife, Irene, were married for 37 wonderful years. He enjoys golf, running, bridge, and reading. Marshall finished 36th in the 1973 Boston Marathon and completed more than 20 sub-3-hour marathons during the next 25 years, including the 1987, 1988 and 1998 New York Marathons. Marshall is committed to serving his community and participates in a number of charitable and educational organizations.


Burns M. Lowry
For more than 30 years, Mac Lowry has been involved in the design and implementation of advanced planning strategies for some of the nation’s wealthiest families as well as leaders of Fortune 500 companies. In most cases, this involves working with the client’s other advisors to establish, fund and leverage multi-generational wealth strategies, frequently in tandem with philanthropic techniques.

Before forming Jones Lowry, Mac had a distinguished 25-year career with several national financial service firms. He served as the Managing Director and Senior Resident Officer at Bessemer Trust in Miami, National Director and Senior Vice President with Merrill Lynch Trust Company, National Director of Business and High Net Worth Planning, and Senior Director and National Sales Manager of Merrill Lynch Insurance Group.

Mac is an Accredited Estate Planner, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Life Underwriter. He is a member of the Palm Beach Economic Council; the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, and the East Coast Estate Planning Council.

He is a graduate of the Securities Industry Association Institute at The Wharton School of Business; and a member of the UK-based Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. He is a long-tenured member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, the leading technical arm of the life insurance industry.

Mr. Lowry is an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He is a graduate of the Securities Industry Association Institute at The Wharton School of Business and also is a member of the UK-based Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is a long tenured member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters, the leading technical arm of the life insurance industry, where he serves on the Business and Estate Planning Committee.


Adam D. Sendzischew
Adam D. Sendzischew is a Director of Jones Lowry specializing in advanced life insurance strategies. Adam applies a global perspective and our values-driven approach to help integrate all aspects of his clients’ wealth planning. For almost a decade, Adam has worked with high net worth clients and their professional advisors to provide value-added planning solutions. Before joining Jones Lowry, he was a senior advisor with National Planning Corporation, a national financial planning firm.

Adam’s areas of expertise include advising ultra-high net-worth families, both domestic and international, and their professional advisors on wealth transfer strategies, using innovative life insurance concepts as well as offshore Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuity products to solve the unique needs of UHNW individuals and families.

Mr. Sendzischew graduated in the top 2% of his class at the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Law before earning an MBA in Finance and in Operations Management. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®), an Accredited Asset Management Specialist Advisor (AAMS®). He received his Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation from the Project Management Institute, as well as having the prestigious international planning designation (TEP) from the Society of Trust and Estate Professionals. He sits on the boards of University of Miami’s Citizen’s Board, The Florida Foster Care Review Board, Shalva, and the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami.


Sharon C. Lindsey
Sharon C. Lindsey, JD, brings over two decades of experience and an extensive background in life insurance, estate, tax and philanthropic planning to her role as Director at Jones Lowry.

From her tenure at Prudential Preferred Financial Services to her years at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, she has had the privilege of helping families and businesses achieve their financial goals, building successful teams of client advisors, and creating and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Her ability to listen empathetically and translate complex planning strategies into understandable solutions tailored to her clients’ specific needs helps her bring the right people and the right solutions to the planning table in her work with advisors and their high net worth clients.

Mrs. Lindsey is a member of both the Florida and New Jersey Bar Associations. She graduated with honors from Boston University School of Management and earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is a past President of both the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council and the Planned Giving Council of Palm Beach County and is involved with philanthropic and educational organizations in her community.


Colin D. Holloway, ChFC
Colin Holloway is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Insurance Portfolio Manager. In his role as a Director at Jones Lowry, he brings extensive experience designing and implementing estate planning, retirement planning and executive compensation strategies for affluent families, business owners and corporate executives while working closely with clients’ legal, accounting and investment advisors.

After graduating from Texas State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Colin was a professional golfer and traveled internationally on several professional golf tours. A long-time resident of South Florida, he continues to golf as a top amateur in the area.

Colin earned the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) from the American College and is active in several local professional and community organizations, including the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, Take Stock in Children, The Gathering, Bella’s Angels and the 100 Hole Hike, and Phi Delta Theta Alumni Association, West Palm Beach.


Cara Lamborn
Cara Lamborn is a Senior Case Designer at Jones Lowry with responsibility for working with Clients and their Advisors to achieve their planning goals by: (1) analyzing inforce insurance portfolios; (2) designing, cash flow modeling and implementing insurance solutions; and (3) providing ongoing Plan Management.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Business Management and an emphasis on Mathematics. Cara is a Certified Financial Planner™, a FINRA Registered Representative, and holds Series 7 and life, health and annuity licenses. Cara is Past President of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council and is involved in various community outreach organizations. She and her husband are foster parents.


Paula Teixeira
Paula Teixeira is the Underwriting Advocate for Jones Lowry clients. She works with high net worth clients and their professional advisors to manage the Jones Lowry “Underwriting Advocacy Process” to confidentially obtain the best carrier offers and implement the optimal life insurance plan for each client.

Paula has had more than 20 years of underwriting experience with extensive medical knowledge. Prior to joining Jones Lowry, Paula served as head of underwriting for a regional financial institution.

Paula graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and holds the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). She is a FINRA Registered Representative and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses as well as life, health and annuity licenses. In addition, Paula is pursuing he Academy of Life Underwriters (AALU) designation.


Kyle Jones
Kyle Jones is a Senior Case Designer at Jones Lowry with responsibility for working with Clients and their Advisors to achieve their planning goals by: (1) analyzing inforce insurance portfolios; (2) designing, cash flow modeling and implementing insurance solutions; and (3) providing ongoing Plan Management.

She graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in Business Administration and a dual concentration in Finance and International Business. Kyle is a Certified Financial Planner™. She is a FINRA Registered Representative and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as life, health and annuity licenses.

 


Dawn Verity
Dawn Verity is the Client Service Manager for Jones Lowry. She is the key resource for our clients and their advisors when questions arise in the administration of their policies or plans. Her responsibilities include managing the Jones Lowry “Life Insurance In-Force Protocol System”; processing policy changes and claims; and analyzing and reporting cash value for financial statements. She also supports our high net worth clients and their professional advisors by providing comprehensive policy reviews, which offer key insight into policy values and performance.

Dawn has worked in the life insurance industry for over 20 years and has specialized experience in case design and management of life insurance portfolios. She is a FINRA Registered Representative and holds a Series 6 securities license as well as life, health and annuity licenses.
